What if you got your commission without the paperwork hassle?

To close on time, please submit your documents within 1 to 2 weeks of closing. 

• Start a file with in 24 hours.
• Review all essential documents, such as contracts, addendums, seller's disclosures, and buyer and seller agreements. 
• Let you know if anything is in error, including missing dates/information, addendums, sellers disclosures, surveys and T-47. 
• Assist you in acquiring any necessary items.

• All documents will be reviewed and uploaded to KW Command throughout the transaction.
• Your transaction's progress will be tracked  ensuring compliance throughout and commission at time of closing. 
• Request the CDA in KW Command. After Agent's approval CDA will be sent to title.
