Don’t worry about the timing; I’ll catch it when I’m back during business hours. Take it off your plate and onto mine—I prefer it that way!
3. To help prevent any urgent situations, I’ll make sure you’re well informed ahead of important deadlines. If a due date falls on a weekend or a Monday, I’ll send you a reminder beforehand so you’re fully prepared and can make the most of my support during office hours. I’m sure you’d prefer to avoid working outside of office hours too—let’s tackle everything in advance and keep things running smoothly
4 Urgency- The only situations that might require urgent attention over the weekend or when the title office is closed are typically related to buyer-seller negotiations. All other matters can be addressed during regular office hours. Feel free to send me anything, anytime—no matter the time of day just remember I will not see it until the next business day.

4 Buyers and Sellers-I will handle any general questions about real estate but if they are needing more information, I will start an email to include you and your client. I will text you with a heads up to look for the email.
5. I will email/call the title and lender throughout the transaction as needed.
6. You will be CC on all emails sent. (If something is important, I will also call and or text you letting you know there is an email/issue you need to address)
7. You can call me to vent about anything going on in the transaction. It will give me insight of how to help you.
1. Contracts with all addendums. I can help you get seller's disclosures from the seller or the seller's agent.
2. Any contact information for the lender you have.

1. Contract to Close- $399. Payment due at closing, if permitted, otherwise within 7 days.
2. Contract to Close- both sides of transaction- $599. Payment due at closing, if permitted, otherwise within 7 days.
3. Listing Service-$149 Payment due at closing, if permitted, otherwise within 7 days. If agent does not use the Contract to Close service for the listing then an invoice will be sent and payment due within 7 days.
4. Compliance Service- $99. Payment due at closing, if permitted, otherwise within 7 days.
5. Late fee of $50 will be added to every payment not paid within 7 days of the due date.
