Paperwork

Review all documents for missing items and assist with remedies.
Input all paperwork in Command. and monitor for compliance.
Assist in getting Survey, T-47 and seller's disclosures from the seller.

MLS

Input listing information in the MLS.
Set up showings system in Showingtime.
Schedule open houses as directed by agent.
Update listing information in the MLS as directed by agent.
Agent approval of listing before it goes live.
Monitor dates (active and expiration dates)

Communications

Email client the active listing.
Check-in with seller throughout the listing to see how things are going.
Schedule third party vendors as necessary (sign & lockbox Installation.)
Check-in with photographer and verify when the photos will be ready.
